Wow, two posts in one day! Who would have thought?! But I just couldn't wait to share my finished pillow cases that I doodled then embroidered. I was finding so many images that I loved, mostly of Kokeshi dolls, ninjas, and koi fish, but of course no embroidery pattern. So I took index cards, drew out the image, traced it in a thin dark marker, and then traced it onto my pillow case. Easy as pie!
I love especially how the sumo ninja turned out for Klint's pillowcase, now I have to decide whether to add some Japanese characters or what.

This is so cool! I like the doodles - it feels so much more carefree. The koi is my favorite.
